Single Support Incident $200
Annual Support with 10 Incidents Included $1,500
Annual Support with Unlimited Incidents $7,500
Support incidents start with email and if necessary will be escalated to telephone. Support incidents cannot be used for issues related to the Tango, ColdFusion or other third-party development environment, application server or meta language. Please contact us regarding Professional Services for these issues.
